Shipping policy

We ship all UK orders for next day delivery Monday-to-Friday, stretching to 2 working days if the order is after 12pm. 

However, we would always prefer collection from HQ in Islington, London, if you can; or alternatively you can get in touch at hello.info@rootcodrinks.co.uk and see if our founder, Will, might hop on his bicycle and deliver to you for free, if you live locally to Islington. Both are environmental options.

We charge lower-than-cost for shipping, as we don’t believe that anyone should be put off accessing our drinks quickly. We charge £3.60 for Express Delivery all over the UK, except Highlands, Offshore and Remote Areas. There is free shipping on orders over £90 in value!

We do our best to deliver on the date you have requested but at busy times of the year delivery times can be extended. Please make sure that delivery address & postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
