Refund policy
If you’re unhappy with your products, please get in touch as soon as possible (and open as few cans as possible). We will only be able to refund unopened cans.
If you are sad that your cans are damaged in some way, please take a few pictures of how the package arrives, again as soon as possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unopened parcels
- Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
- Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
We are committed to presenting our products nicely; if it’s our fault - or our courier’s fault - then we will deal with it.
For order cancellations, we can refund them if you’re quick enough (see Terms of Service).
